Applicable where there is a change of ownership and the new owner of a recorded Intellectual Property Right wishes to discontinue the recordation.

• The recordation to discontinue
• Your reasons and any supporting documents

How it works

1. 1Sign in and open Discontinuation; select the recordation.
2. 2Complete Form ACA 4B and upload any supporting documents, then submit.
3. 3ACA reviews the request, then decides.
4. 4On approval the recordation is marked “Discontinued” and renewal reminders stop.
