- Admitted Agents filing on their behalf
Required Documents & Information
- Copy of the certificate of IPR registration showing title in the new name, certified by the issuing authority or an advocate.
- Identification documents showing the new name.
How it works
- 1Sign in, open Change of Name and select the recordation — its details are filled in for you.
- 2Complete Form ACA 5B and upload the documents showing the new name.
- 3Pay via e-Citizen and submit; a tracking number is issued.
- 4ACA verifies the old and new names, then decides.
- 5Download the updated certificate in the new name — the recordation number stays the same.
