Application for copies of documents

About this service

Any person wishing to obtain copies of documents submitted under the Recordation Regulations shall apply and pay the applicable fee. Application for copies of documents shall be for official purposes only, and ACA shall reserve the right to withhold any data relating to a such request depending on the reasons given.

How it works

1. 1Sign in and open Copies of Documents; complete the digital Form ACA 8B.
2. 2Pay via e-Citizen to activate Submit; a tracking number is issued.
3. 3ACA's Legal Department reviews the request and its reasons.
4. 4ACA issues the copies, or tells you why the request is declined.
