Required Documents & Information
- Copy of the certificate of IPR registration showing title in the new owner, certified by the issuing authority or an advocate.
- Identification documents of the new owner.
- Indicate any applicable limitations or time period relating to the transferred rights.
How it works
- 1Sign in and open Change of Ownership; find the recordation by its number.
- 2Complete Form ACA 3B with the new owner's details and upload the documents.
- 3Pay via e-Citizen and submit; a tracking number is issued.
- 4ACA reviews the transfer against the recorded details, then decides.
- 5On approval the recordation continues in the new owner's name.
